Welcome to Ecomflows.io. We're here to enhance the e-mail marketing for your business. Before we can start creating your automations we have to know a few things about your webshop.

Note If your order involves more than one setup, kindly fill out the onboarding file for each individual store.

We recommend to upgrade your Klaviyo account

To ensure you don't exceed the 'free plan' sending limits, we suggest upgrading to a paid plan. Otherwise, your account will stop sending emails.

Chinese New Year questions

START CNY From which date will your fulfillment center stop processing or dispatching orders at normal speed? This is the first day orders are no longer processed or shipped within your usual timeframe.

END CNY From which date will your fulfillment center be fully operational again (normal processing speed)? This should be the date when new orders are processed normally again

What app do you use for your tracking? Track123 or Parcel Panel?

Then click send. Within 3-6 days after you've given us full access (Klaviyo + Shopify) you can expect the flows in your account. We'll keep you updated once everything is completed. We'll enable and disable the flows for you at the given timeframes.
